DE-CIX is the world’s leading operator of Internet Exchanges (IXs). DE-CIX offers its peering, cloud, and other enterprise-grade interconnection services in close to 60 locations in Europe, Africa, North and South America, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2025, DE-CIX is celebrating its 30th anniversary. The company and its first IX were established in Frankfurt, Germany, in 1995.
