International Business professional: Group department head, dealing with technical, operational, commercial, sales and marketing environments within MNOs and Vendors for over 20 years, mostly in the Roaming, Messaging & SaaS arenas.
I have designed professional services products for global organizations but in contrast have also developed several successful small businesses outside my Telecom career which taught me a lot professionally and personally. I've helped grow the LatAm region for a SaaS company 24x in 3 years, in revenues and gross profit, and significantly increased the exposure and brand awareness within the Telco vertical in this region.
In reaching for high quality, I have undertaken complex and multicultural working environments with a multitude of business partners and cultural challenges which have made my working life truly global, unique and rewarding. I have also learned in my career to adapt, learning throughout my life about the diversity of the business world and about my own capabilities and ambitions.
