Fernando Capella is the Regional Director CALA South at Ciena, overseeing sales, professional services, finance, and logistics in the region. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has expertise in sales, account management, business development, and marketing, both in Latin America and Japan. Prior to Ciena, he held leadership positions at Coriant and a global role at NEC. Fernando holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
