Judah J. Levine is the Chief Executive Officer of HIP Consult, an independent management consultancy specializing in digital infrastructure and services. He is a business and technology strategist with 25 years of experience working with operators, investors, multilaterals, and conglomerates, among others. With an extensive background in planning, development, and management for organizations in both developed and emerging markets, Mr. Levine enjoys assisting clients to conceptualize, qualify, and pursue ambitious investment projects, and to analyze and solve complex operational problems. He is also active in the development of cutting-edge intellectual capital, with several publications, patents and conference presentations to his name. His previous roles included Vice President of International Business Development for Teligent, New Markets Manager of Arbinet, and Consultant with A.T. Kearney’s Communications and High-Tech Practice. Mr. Levine received his MBA from the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan), MA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the Rackham Graduate School (University of Michigan), and BA in Government and Certificate of Arab Studies from Georgetown University.
