Shiyang has 10 years product experience in optical transmission industry and response for business development and marketing of fixed network and submarine cable systems in HMN Technologies Co., Limited (HMN Tech).

As a veteran of HMN Tech’s front line business development, he and his team have successively developed  multiple submarine cable systems in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru and other Latin American countries. He has rich experience of the submarine cable products and well understanding about the SLTE based on many years continually involvement in customer projects including bidding, evaluation, trial and implementation.
